Q&A

Do my lessons have an expiration date?

Taking lessons is a commitment.
In order to keep regularity in the learning process, lessons have an expiration date.
– “À la carte” lessons and 10-class packages are valid for 3 months (90 days).
– 20-class packages are valid for 6 months (180 days).
These validity periods begin on the billing date.

However, some exceptions may apply in cases of illness or force majeure. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.

Can I change the date and time of one of my lesson?

Yes, you can send me an e-mail up to 12 hours before the start of the lesson.
If you have a class at 5pm and you send me an e-mail at 2pm, it will be too late and the lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

However, some exceptions may apply in cases of illness or force majeure. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to do 1 lesson a week only?

You don’t always have to do the same number of lessons per week.
You can do between 0 and 4 lessons maximum per week.

For example, you have 10 lessons, if you’re taking a week’s vacation one month (and you don’t want to take French lessons), over 4 weeks you can do it this way:
1st week : 3 lessons
2nd week : 3 lessons
3rd week : 0 lesson
4th week : 4 lessons

To recap, you just need to respect the lessons expiry date, not exceed 4 lessons per week and you must notify me 12 hours before a lesson if you need to reschedule.

Can I claim a refund?

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, unless a first lesson has already been given within these 14 days.
After that, all lessons, subscriptions or packs are non-refundable.

I learn so much during each lesson with Victor, he is so good at explaining things and making sure I understand. Victor is totally focused on being the best instructor he can be. So lucky to have found Victor.

J’aime beaucoup mon professeur!

18 décembre 2024

J’aime beaucoup mon professeur! O Victor é um professor excelente. Pontual, atencioso, bem-humorado e muito competente. Em poucos meses, consegui evoluir muito fazendo todas as lições que ele me passou –se preparem, porque é bastante lição e vale muito a pena fazer todas! Ele é também uma ótima opção pra quem fala português (e também fala espanhol e inglês). Pode confiar! Recomendo totalmente meu professor querido

Victor really puts you at ease and gives a lot of encouragement

Victor really puts you at ease and gives a lot of encouragement. I particularly like his use of screen share and Google Docs to show written phrases and incorporate useful points around grammar, vocabulary and the most natural phrases to use in French. I always look forward to our conversations!
