Q&A
Do my lessons have an expiration date?
Taking lessons is a commitment.
In order to keep regularity in the learning process, lessons have an expiration date.
• 5-class packages are valid for 2 months (60 days).
• 12-class packages are valid for 4 months (120 days).
• 20-class packages are valid for 6 months (180 days).
These validity periods begin on the billing date.
However, some exceptions may apply in cases of illness or force majeure. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
Can I change the date and time of one of my lesson?
Yes, you can send me an e-mail up to 12 hours before the start of the lesson.
If you have a class at 5pm and you send me an e-mail at 2pm, it will be too late and the lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
However, some exceptions may apply in cases of illness or force majeure. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
Do I have to do 1 lesson a week only?
Consistency is the key to successful learning! Ideally, plan on taking at least one class per week. Feel free to increase this frequency based on your goals and deadlines.
However, you don’t always have to do the same exact number of lessons per week.
For example, you have 12 lessons, over 4 weeks you can do it this way:
1st week : 3 lessons
2nd week : 3 lessons
3rd week : 2 lessons
4th week : 4 lessons
Don’t forget to respect the lessons expiry date, and you must notify me 12 hours before a lesson if you need to reschedule.
Can I claim a refund?
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, unless a first lesson has already been given within these 14 days.
After that, all lessons, subscriptions or packs are non-refundable.
